About Us

Myth Studio is a London-based animation studio creating high-quality 2D, 3D, branded films, commercials, and entertainment content for global B2B clients. The Role

We are looking for a Senior Producer to oversee the production of large, multi-faceted  animation projects across both Myth Studio and Myth Labs. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and operations.

You’ll be responsible for managing productions from pitch to delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client relationships. You will be supporting a creative team that is constantly innovating, both artistically and technologically.

Whilst this role will not require any direct use of generative AI, you will need to manage creatives who are. Therefore an open mindset and willingness to broadly understand

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple animation and media projects across 2D, 3D, commercial, entertainment, and AI-driven content.

  • Oversee end-to-end production: scoping, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and delivery.

  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and building long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with directors, artists, and technologists to shape creative concepts into achievable production plans.

  • Manage internal teams and freelance talent, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.

  • Support business development efforts with production expertise, including pitches, proposals, and costings.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Producer, Line Producer, or Executive Producer in animation, VFX, or related media.

  • Strong background in 2D or 3D animation pipelines (experience with commercials, branded content, or entertainment projects).

  • Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills; confident handling large-scale, multi-phase productions.

  • Strong client-facing ability: able to present, negotiate, and maintain high-level relationships.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

  • Proven team leadership and resource management experience.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive problem-solver.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with any AI production tools.

  • Experience bridging traditional pipelines with experimental workflows.

  • Background in developing new production systems or processes.

  • Network of trusted freelance animators, editors, and artists.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to learn and stay ahead of the evolving AI production landscape.

  • Creative autonomy in shaping production processes and studio direction.

  • Hybrid working: London studio base, with flexibility.

  • Supportive, ambitious team at the forefront of animation + AI innovation.

  • Competitive salary (based on experience).

  • 28 Days holiday (pro rata) with full BUPA health insurance.
